1. **Installation and Maintenance:**
- When attaching the pile driver to the excavator, replace the excavator’s hydraulic oil and filters after installation and testing. This ensures smooth operation of both the hydraulic system and the pile driver components.
- Impurities in the hydraulic system can damage it, causing problems and reducing the machine’s lifespan. Make sure to thoroughly inspect and fix any issues before installation.
2. **Break-In Period:**
- New pile drivers need a break-in period. In the first week of use, change the gear oil after half a day to a day’s work, then every 3 days – that’s three times a week.
- After this initial period, follow regular maintenance based on working hours. Change the gear oil every 200 working hours (but not more than 500 hours). Adjust this based on usage. Clean the magnet each time you change the oil.
3. **Magnet for Filtration:**
- The internal magnet serves as a filter. During pile driving, friction creates iron particles. The magnet attracts these particles, keeping the oil clean and reducing wear. Clean the magnet every 100 working hours, adjusting based on usage.
4. **Pre-Work Warm-Up:**
- Before starting work each day, warm up the machine for 10-15 minutes. This ensures proper lubrication.
- Starting after a period of rest means upper parts lack lubrication initially. After about 30 seconds, the oil pump circulates oil where it’s needed, reducing wear on key parts.
5. **Driving Piles:**
- Start gently when driving piles. Gradually increase force. Patience is key as more resistance requires a slower approach.
- If the first level of vibration works, there’s no need to rush to the second level. Higher vibration wears the machine faster.
- Whether using the first or second level, if progress is slow, pull the pile out 1 to 2 meters. Use the excavator’s power to drive the pile deeper.
6. **After Pile Driving:**
- Wait 5 seconds after driving the pile before releasing the grip. This reduces wear on the clamp and other parts.
- When releasing the pedal, due to inertia, all parts remain tight, reducing wear. Release the grip when the pile driver stops vibrating.
7. **Rotating Motor Usage:**
- The rotating motor is for pile installation and removal. Avoid using it to correct pile positions caused by resistance or twisting. Excessive resistance and vibration can damage the motor over time.
8. **Motor Reversal:**
- Reversing the motor during over-rotation stresses it, causing damage. Leave 1 to 2 seconds between reversing to avoid strain and extend motor life.
9. **Monitoring While Working:**
- Watch for issues like unusual shaking of oil pipes, high temperatures, or strange sounds. If you notice any problem, stop immediately to check. Addressing small issues prevents larger problems.
10. **Importance of Care:**
- Ignoring small issues can lead to bigger problems. Understanding and properly caring for equipment not only reduces damage but also saves costs and prevents delays.
